About US

We are a consortium of non-governmental organizations committed to protecting and realizing the rights of Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities in Kosovo and Albania. We achieve this through the implementation of the project “Promotion and Realization of Roma Rights in Kosovo and Albania.”

In Kosovo, the project is implemented by the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society and the organization Nevo Koncepti, whereas in Albania it is carried out by the organization Drejtesi Sociale / Social Justice. The project, led by KFOS, supports municipalities and ministries by providing technical assistance in the development of sustainable policies related to education, healthcare, and employment for Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities in both Kosovo and Albania.

Furthermore, the project organizes activities in several schools across the seven largest municipalities of Kosovo, aiming to increase the mobility of the educational community and parents in order to address and resolve the challenges these communities face in the fields of education, healthcare, and employment.
