Nevo Koncepti, within the framework of the project “Promotion and Realization of the Rights of Roma in Kosovo and Albania”, as part of the measures for career orientation and inclusion in the labor market, has organized meetings and workshops with 28 employment groups in 7 municipalities of Kosovo: Prishtina, Prizren, Peja, Gjakova, Ferizaj, South Mitrovica, and Klina.
These activities focused on empowering participants and opening opportunities in the labor market by providing step-by-step guidance on the structure and content of a professional CV, as well as on writing a compelling cover letter that reflects skills, experience, and personal motivation. In addition, the use of online employment platforms was addressed, including the creation and updating of professional profiles, searching for job vacancies, and applying correctly through digital means.
