On June 19, 2025, a meeting was held in Cërrik to develop the Local Action Plan for integrating the Roma and Egyptian communities.
The project team collaborated with municipal directorates to define key steps and organize a community-based workshop.Discussions focused on the socio-economic situation of the communities, including access to education, employment, healthcare, and housing.
Existing programs and services were reviewed, along with opportunities for improvement.
The structure and objectives of the upcoming workshop were set, aiming to include community members, local institutions, and civil society organizations.
The Action Plan aims to support integration, reduce discrimination, and promote equal opportunities.
