On June 17, 2025, a meeting was held with key representatives of Kuçovë Municipality to develop the Social Housing Plan. Discussions focused on current challenges in the housing sector, particularly for vulnerable groups such as Roma and Egyptian communities, and the need to align local strategies with national policies and human rights standards.
The importance of organizing an inclusive workshop with participation from civil society, community members, and technical staff was emphasized. The workshop will serve as a space to gather ideas, foster dialogue, and build consensus on the directions and content of the Social Housing Plan, ensuring it is comprehensive and responsive to the real needs of marginalized communities.
